S. E. Shellcliffe has the heart of a healer and loves to laugh. She writes kids’ animation features that are comedic adventures with heart. She’s had an unusual life with lots of mystical and spiritual experiences.
Susan studied at Cornell University and earned an MFA in Photography. An award-winning artist, her artwork is in the Chrysler Museum of Art, the National Library of France, and the San Diego Art Institute (as well as numerous, private collections). She’s also a member of the SCBWI.
Her articles and photographs have been published in OnStage, The Virginian-Pilot/Ledger Star, PortFolio, Windsock, Navy News, The Journal and Guide, The Grapevine, Golden Wings, and Armed Services.
Watching movies (including children’s movies) is one of her favorite activities. She lives in East Lansing, MI with the duckbutts and her cats, Mika and Sathya. Whenever possible, she’s writing a duckbutt story. Susan believes wholeheartedly in the Power of Love*.
